Q1: The cross-cut shredder is jammed. What should I do?
A1: Please press the “Reverse” button Λ, after removing the exceeded sheets, please shred again. If there are too many paper scraps in the paper feed slot, please press the “Forward” button V for a few seconds and then to Reverse mode for a few seconds. Do this several times and the cutter will be cleaned.
Q2: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?
A2: Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic, or is too thick, if so, please let the paper dry before shredding, remove the plastic part, or reduce shredding sheets per pass. To extend the lifetime of the paper shredder, please don't shred more than 18 sheets at one time.
