Instructions:
Remove and reinsert the GPS card:
1. Turn off your car
2. Push and release the GPS card to remove it
3. Reinsert the GPS card into the slot and make sure it clicks into place
4. Start your vehicle
5. Perform a master reset
If the steps above don’t work, perform a master reset. IMPORTANT: A master reset will erase all stored data such as call logs, text messages and previously paired phones
1. Make sure your vehicle is started
2. Press the gear icon at the bottom of the vehicle screen
3. Press Settings
4. Select system
5. Scroll down and press Master Reset, a warning screen will pop up
6. Disconnect all USB devices, Bluetooth devices and any GPS cards
7. Continuing, you will be taken through a series of blank screens and messages, after the home screen reappears, the master reset is complete
