• HOW TO MAKE NON-STICK SURFACES 1. Wash and dry the griddle completely. 2. Rub the oil (Vegetable oil or others) into the griddle with a clean cloth, making sure it coats the griddle evenly. Use only enough to form a thin coat on all inner surfaces. Don't leave puddles or globs. 3. Place the griddle on the stove and cook it for a while. 4. Then allow it to cool. Do not run it under cold water or it will crack. 5. Repeat the process of oiling, cooking and cooling two or three more times.
