Note: A couple of people claiming the screws stripped and broke off. Usually why that happens is the pilot hole is too small or the screw is over tightened. Make your initial pilot hole smaller than you think you need, check the fit of the screw. It should take a little effort to get it started, then it should screw in fairly easy. If it’s too much resistance to start, drill the next biggest size up, and check again. Do not over tighten the screw, doing so will enlarge to hole, the screw will it tighten down, and the bracket will not be secure. If you are using a power drill, adjust the speed to the slower setting and decrease the power setting to where it won’t over tighten. This will help you avoid stripping the hole and having to drill another one.)
