Trouble Shootings:

Q1: The height of the fountain spray is low and unstable, why?

There is some air leave in the machine to affect the spray height, please press the fountain deeply into the water to extrude air. Or you can swing the fountain to get rid of the air.

The fountain effect is influenced by the sun lights, please place the product under strong sun light to make the solar panel absorb enough energy, then get a stable and lasting spray.

The water environment may be too dirty to effect the fountain, please change clean water in your fish tank or bird bath. Besides, clean up the fountain, especially the pump and the nozzles, to get rid of some silt so your fountain performs excellent again.

Q2: I find the water of my bird bath is dried quickly when using the fountain, how do I prevent that?

If you have a small and shallow bird bath, please use the nozzles that brings low and dispersed spray so it can always keep the water in bath, not keep decreasing the water till dry up.
