It is very important to use fresh coffee beans. 1. How to Solve the Problem of Low Pressure?

   
   
   1. The coffee grounds are too coarse. Please adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting.
   2. There are not enough coffee grounds in the filter. Please add more coffee grounds, and make sure that the tamped coffee grounds reach the MAX line in the filter.
   3. The coffee grounds are too loose. Please increase the amount of force applied when pressing down the coffee grounds with the tamper
   4. The coffee beans are under-baked or not fresh, please use fresh espresso coffee beans.

2. How to Solve the Problem that CLEAN GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display?

   
   
   1. If the CLEAN GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display, it means you need to clean the grinder.
   2. Press the release button and turn the grinder counter clockwise and pull it downward.
   3. Turn the grinder upside-down and rotate the powder collector clockwise, remove the powder collector from the grinder.
   4. Clean the grinder and powder collector. Then install the powder collector on grinder and install the grinder on machine. Note: please do not remove any screws on the grinder.

3. How to Set the Grinding Time?

   
   
   1. Press the power button to turn on the machine
   2. Press the DOES button to select the filter basket size, SINGLE or DOUBLE.
   3. Turn the DOES dial to change the grind time, clockwise to increase the grind time and anticlockwise to decrease.
   4. If you need to pause the grinding process, push and release the portafilter. The machine will pause grinding, and the grind time stops counting down. It will remain paused for 15s before returning to READY mode. Push and release the portafilter to resume grinding.

4. How to Program the Volume of Single or Double Espresso?

   
   
   1. Press the MENU button to enter the main menu.
   2. Use the DOES dial to navigate through the menu to SINGLE or DOUBLE SHOT. Press the DOES dial to select the SINGLE or DOUBLE SHOT.
   3. To stop the extraction at the desired level, press the single or double button again. The LCD and SINGLE / DOUBLE button will stop flashing and the machine will beep to indicate that the custom setting has been programmed.

5. How to Set the Shot Temperature?

   
   
   1. Press the MENU button to enter the main menu.
   2. Use the DOSE dial to navigate through the menu, select SHOT TEMP then press the DOSE dial.
   3. Turn the DOSE dial to select the shot temperature you want, then press the DOSE dial.
   4. The machine will beep to indicate that the customer setting has been programmed.

6. How to Solve the Problem that the LOCK GRINDER is Shown on LCD display?

   
   
   1. The "LOCK GRINDER" may indicate that the grinder is not properly installed. Please remove and reinstall the grinder correctly.
   2. The coffee distributor is not fully inserted in the grinder. Please re-install the coffee distributor (the red triangular contact pin should pop out if the coffee distributor is fully inserted in the grinder).

6 Steps To Get a Perfect Espresso!

Note: Too coarse grind, too little coffee grounds, or insufficient tamping of the coffee grounds before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. The amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and amount.

Why can’t my espresso machine with grinder get the ideal pressure? The pressure is too low.

1. The coffee grounds are too coarse, adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting. 2. There are not enough coffee grounds in the filter, just add more coffee grounds. 3. The pressure of tamping is not enough, please increase the tamping force

How to clean the grinder? How often?
