Error Code

ErP: Not in OFF option when powering up. Solution: Turn to OFF option then power up.

Err: RTD Sensor abnormal. Solution: Check the wiring, connect it firmly, If it doesn’t work, change the damaged RTD Sensor.

ErH: Ambient temp overheat (>650F). Solution: Open the grill lid to dissipate heat.

ErL: Ignition failed. Solution: Check whether the pellets hopper is sufficient; Whether the feeding pipe is scorched or blocked; Whether the hatch is closed.

Er1: Ignitor Abnormal. Solution: Check the wiring, connect it firmly, If it doesn’t work, change the damaged ignitor.

Er2: Auger Abnormal. Solution: Check the wiring, connect it firmly, If it doesn’t work, change the damaged auger.
