STOP Working

Most cases are due to Desk Phones’ headset handling program faulty. Reset below of the Desk Phone helps to clear the problem up.

Step 1 : Menu > Setting > Basic > Preferences > Headset > Hookswitch Mode > Regular Mode and Select will reboot the Desk Phone

Step 2: After reboot, Menu > Setting > Basic > Preferences > Headset > Hookswitch Mode > Jabra EHS and Select will reboot the Desk Phone again.

NOT HOLD CHARGE

Invisible foreign substances in the three metal contacts of the Headset and the Base may interfere with charging. Clean the metals with alcohol and Recharge.
