What should I do if there is no sound when the headset is connected to the computer?
Please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure ” BH697A” is selected as the default output and input device.
How to mute the microphone during a call or online meeting?
Short press the Microphone Mute button. Whenever you mute the microphone, there will be a voice prompt saying “mute on”. This works both on PC and cell phones.
Can I use the headset to answer or hang up calls?
When you connect a mobile phone, you can use the MFB button to answer and hang up calls; when you use a USB Dongle to connect a laptop, you need to manually answer and hang up calls on the computer interface.
How do I charge this wireless headset?
You can charge the BH697A with a Type-C Charging cable at once when the Red LED flashes. Charging time takes about 2 hours. There will be solid LED Blue when fully charged.
How to delete paired records?
In “Power-ON” status, long press the volume + and the volume- button for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record.
