Connection Condition：

This monitor does not have a built-in battery. Before connecting the monitor, please make sure it has enough power (5V/2A or above) comes in firstly.

1. In the USB-C 1-line connection mode, the display’s initial brightness is set at 30%. If you wish to increase the brightness and volume beyond 70%, please ensure that an external power supply of 5V/2.0A or higher is connected. Failure to provide sufficient power may result in the display showing either the Power-Saving Mode or No Signal messages.

2. While most laptops and mobile phones with a USB-C full-featured interface can support portable monitors, it’s important to note that not all devices are compatible. We recommend checking whether the Type-C ports on your laptop or mobile phone support audio and video signals before using a portable monitor.

3.If there is no external power supply, the mobile phone will supply power to the display, please ensure that the mobile phone has enough power supply, if there is no signal, please plug in the external power supply (5V/2.0A), the external power supply must be connected in HDMI connection mode.

4.Phones without a full-featured Type C port require an adapter to connect. (IOS devices need a Lightning to HDMI adapter)

5.Portrait mode is currently only supported on the computer side. You can change the Windows display settings to portrait mode and it will flip 90 degrees. Note that it is not automatic.
