The screen outside is tempered glass, so no additional film is needed. The film on our display is used for transportation protection only.
We suggest that customers remove the film with bubbles before using !!!

Compatibility – OS Compatibility for Touch function- Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Android 6.0 or above(*1), Chrome OS, Linux, Mac OS 10.15 or older(*2). Compatible with Thunderbolt 3
- Touch function unavailable on gaming device and Phone which do not support USB 3.1 .
- Please make sure your cellphone Type-c port supports audio and video signal transmission(USB 3.1 ), If not or Lightning and Micro USB port, you need a “IOS/Android to HD ” adapter for signal transmission.
- Please make sure that the USB-C interface of your laptop supports USB 3.1， not for charging only.
- When connecting Ehomewei Monitor to a HDMI interface , need to use a USB-C to USB-A cable for touchscreen signal .
- The Monitor need 20W or above stable power to keep display in higher brightness or volume, so please connect external power supply for the best visual experience, otherwise it maybe enter energy conservation mode(Flicker/ less than 50% brightness) or even standby mode(NO Signal).
