GASLAND reversible cast iron grill/griddle is suitable on gas cooktop. The diameter of the base of the pan and the size of induction zone must be approximately similar in order to optimize the reaction with the pan. Where the diameter is too small, the hob (magnetic field) may not react to the base of the pan.
