Just collect very little water for a few days?

The dehumidification is related to the temperature, the humidity and the size of the room. make sure it is running in a relatively confined environment, with high humidity(RH>45%), and the temperate should over 15℃ (>59°F)

May I keep running it all the time?

Actually, we do not recommend you running it all the time. Please cut off the power cord after 24 hour running and let it rest for at least 10 minutes. That would be better for using lifespan

Will this dehumidifier stop working when temperature under 59°F or over 104°F ?

When the temperature under 59°F or over 104F, the dehumidifier will not totally stop working, but the dehumidification effect will be weak, almost zero.
