Is this rug washable?
Yes! The rug can be machine washed separately in cold water using a mild detergent, not bleached, and hung to dry in the shade.
There are wrinkles when I open It, how do I remove them?
Don't worry! It’s normal as it was folded to travel across the world. Lay it flat on the floor for a few days and it should recover naturally. It helps much better to use a steam iron to iron the backing.
