Why do we get uneven slices?

When slicing, inconsistent force applied on ingredients will cause back plate not parallel to blade, leading to uneven slicing. Plz gently press ingredients to slide from left to right, applying uniform force to the ingredients as far as possible.

Why do the bread slices break when cutting loaves?

The accumulation of slices at the back makes it difficult to drop, which may cause soft or thin bread slice to break. Please remove the completed slices from the back promptly.
