✔First use
☛ When a new stone mill is used for the first time, it must first be cleaned, especially the cut holes and core holes.
☛ Usually use rice that has been soaked in water for more than 6 hours. Add water and rice with a spoon and start grinding. Remember to rotate counterclockwise. Do not eat the rice porridge from the first grinding (the Chinese call it open grinding). It will be ready for normal use later.
