How to use volcanic stone comal?
1. After receiving the slabs, clean them with a brush and rinse them with clean water several times. It is OK when you can’t feel the pebbles with your hands.
2. After cleaning, we use an oven, smokeless carbon, open flame or low fire to dry, or put it outdoors to dry naturally. The main purpose is to force out the moisture that has penetrated into the slabs.
3. After the slabs are dry, use cooking oil to evenly apply the entire slab with oil, then heat it with low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the fire, and our stone care is complete. Place the volcanic stone at a distance of more than 10cm from the fuel, so that you can barbecue.
