1. How many players are supported for ShuffleBox G1 PRO?

The ShuffleBox G1 PRO deals to 2~8 players.

2. How many deck of cards can be played with at one time?

The ShuffleBox G1 PRO shuffles 2 deck at one time, but deals as many cards as you want. To play a game with more than 2 deck of cards, set the number of players and cards per player, then shuffle and deal the first 2 deck of cards. When the machine runs out of cards, put another 2 deck of cards to shuffle and then resume the dealing process.

3. Can I buy extra remote card calling buttons? There's only 4 included in the package.

We feel so sorry that only 4 remote controllers could be connected to the machine. Please share a remote controller with player next to you, if there's more than 4 players in the game.

4. How do I replace the battery of the remote controllers of ShuffleBox G1 PRO?

The remote controller uses CR2032 battery. To replace the battery, tear off the protection film on the back side of the remote controller, unscrew the lid, pull out the died battery and replace it.
