Here are some things to note:

1. Food that can go into Break The Waves: vegetables, fruits, breads and cereals, soft bones, yard waste, coffee grounds, dairy products.

2. Hard food waste such as fruit pits, cow bones, pig bones, are not recommended to be put into the composter.

3. Foods high in sugar are easily caramelized by high temperature grinding and need to be combined with fruits and vegetables.

4.How to put food in: It is recommended to put the vegetables with high water content in the bottom first. Then add the peel, grains and miscellaneous grains. Seafood crustaceans or soft bones on top.
