We recommend using distilled water for optimal performance, especially if you live in an area with hard water.
Can I use a cleaning solution mixed with the water?
Using any cleaning solution in the water tank is not recommended, as the chemicals may become harmful under high temperatures and may damage components of the tool.
What is the runtime?
With the 4.0Ah PowerShare battery (not included with WX770L.9), the runtime is 16 minutes.
How should I clean and maintain the steam cleaner?
Use distilled water instead of tap water to prevent scaling in the tank. Use the citric acid provided to fully clean it every 3 – 6 months. Check the instruction manual for more details.
How do I control the steam output?
There is no trigger or button to continually hold, allowing for greater ease-of-use. Once the steamer is turned on by engaging the on/off button, steam will continue to be produced until the tank runs out of water or is turned off.
