Please check if the probe's protective caps have been removed. The probe has two protective caps, and it's essential to remove both before use.

1. Remove the probe protective cap and observe that the pool monitor's indicator light is on;

2. Before and after calibration, do not rush to the next step, wait for 5-10 seconds for the data to stabilise.

What is the CL range of a pool monitor?

The measurement range of this product for residual chlorine is 0.1mg/L to 4mg/L.

Is there any other app besides smart life?

Yes, you can use the “Tuya Smart” app, it has more stable data transfer and the connection procedure is the same as in “Smart Life”.
