Why can’t the APP be used when the pool robot vacuum is underwater?
The APP function currently only supports the robotic vacuum to switch modes before entering the water and detects the cleaning area to remind the battery power. In the future, it will be upgraded and updated through OTA.
Why is the suction power of the robot decreasing?
Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use. Please use a water gun to clean the garbage bin promptly to prevent dirty and dry debris from clogging the filter after each use, which affects the cleaning efficiency.
Why is there water inside the product packaging?
All pool robot vacuums undergo 100% water testing before shipping to ensure proper functionality. It may find water droplets inside the packaging. Therefore, please do not worry about that, water inside the package is a normal phenomenon.
