Does it have an FM tuner/FM radio?

Sorry, the soundbar does not have an FM tuner.

Will it fit canam maverick x3/Golf cart/Defender HD10?

The soundbar ajustable mounting clamps is designed for a 1.75-2.25 inches roll cage.

Can usb port charge the device/phone? Does it plug into power point or does it wire to the battery?

Sorry, the USB connection is for input audio sources only. Both work and can be plugged in using a cigarette lighter or easily connected to the battery via an adapter included in the package.

Can I Bluetooth to 2 of these soundbars at the same time? Can I pair more than one soundbar?

Sorry, this isn't possible with this soundbar right now.

But how do I turn off the lights? Can I operate this without having the LED’s light up?

You can turn the lights on and off by pressing the “SYN” button on the remote control.
