What kind of battery do we choose (when using gas option)?

Please use AA or AAA battery (refer to the battery cover or user manual).

Why the gas burner is not lock in?

Please remove the isolation plate from bottom of oven.

When do we use the isolation plate?

Only when we use wood fuel does the isolation plate need to be installed to keep out ash.

How long does the oven take to heat up?

The oven should be preheated for 30 minutes and reach around 400℃/752℉.

Why the oven won’t get hot？

Strong wind can impair the heating performance. Please place the pizza oven in a wind-protected location. Or the thermometer is not work, actually the oven is hot.
