The Fieldpiece SM382V 3-Valve SMAN Series Wireless Digital Refrigerant Manifold gives users the trust needed for doing the job right the first time with a comprehensive HVACR system view in one place to streamline their job. This unit measures, calculates, and helps users diagnose systems with ease. View live pressure, temperature, and vacuum readings on the large, five inch screen and connect to Job Link wireless tools for a full system view on the display. A powerful command center tool, the SM382V features an integrated vacuum gauge and allows the user to measure line pressure, pipe temperatures, dry bulb temperature, and system vacuum. The SM382V is an ideal testing hub at the jobsite. In addition to the included thermocouples, the user can connect wirelessly to the Job Link System array of psychrometers, pipe clamps, and even a refrigerant scale. For example, the user can assign one JL3RH Psychrometer (not included) to return air and another to supply air to view live temperature split across the evaporator. Additionally, the unit offers calculation of superheat, subcooling, vapor saturation, liquid saturation, and delta T. Live target delta T and target evaporator exit temperature can be calculated with optional Job Link System tools. Temperature-compensated pressure differential can be calculated for nitrogen pressure testing with a timer. Jobs performed out in the field can be streamlined and simplified with the Job Link System app. Measurements can be viewed up to 1000 feet away on the user’s mobile device. By simply connecting to the Job Link System app, users can document their work and provide professional reports on refrigerant recovery and charge weight. Suited for users requiring jobsite documentation, the SM382V offers data logging capabilities via the USB-C port. Up to nine jobs can be stored internally and up to 168 continuous hours of data can be logged. Verify proper charge by comparing actual superheat (SH) with target superheat (TSH). A thermocouple is included for wired outdoor dry bulb measurement. The user can link optional wireless tools for live indoor wet bulb and outdoor dry bulb measurement, as well. Pressure sensors automatically compensate for altitude and weather changes. Use the internal vacuum gauge for fast and convenient monitoring of evacuations, or link to a wireless vacuum gauge for more control. The SM382V has the protection and long range wireless communication demanded by professionals working in the field. The impact-resistant housing seals and protects from dust, bumps, and rain. Use the heavy-duty hook to hang it in a work vehicle while protected by the easy-open padded soft case. For added durability, the hose ports feature a low profile, lay-flat design. The hermetically sealed sight glass allows the user to see refrigerant flow and condition. View all measurements clearly, in any lighting condition, on the unit’s extra large LCD screen or remotely on a mobile device. A rolling list of the 10 most recently used refrigerants, indicated by a star symbol, is stored at the top of the main refrigerant list for quick selection. Highly customizable, the SM382V offers users an experience that meets their job needs. The large buttons offer easy control of selecting the measurements to display. Both high and low vacuum alarms can be set for the user to walk away and come back once the target is met. If wireless capabilities are not needed, this can be turned off. The digital and wireless design of the unit allows for field updates which will update the available list of refrigerants. To ensure that every user can properly utilize the SM382V, the display offers 12 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Turkish. For added customization, Fieldpiece offers optional, field-replaceable accessories. The RSM82E Ear Caps (not included) allow for a low profile while the RSM82H Hose Parking Mounts (not included) offer replacement of the standard hose holders or an upgrade to the 5/16 inch sizing. The Fieldpiece SM382V 3-Valve SMAN Series Wireless Digital Refrigerant Manifold is a direct replacement for the SM380V 3-Valve SMAN Series Wireless Digital Refrigerant Manifold.
