I only receive 2 small speakers, is the real soundbar missing?

No. Those 2 small “speakers” as you mentioned are actually 2 soundbars, which could be combined into 1 large soundbar or you could insert them separately to the bases.

Is there any subwoofer included or any connector to hook up a subwoofer?

No subwoofer/DEEP BASS. This soundbar focus on people need loud and stereo sound with limited budgets. If you have special needs for DEEP BASS, please skip this product.

Why does streaming sound static? Does it support Netflix or Amazon Prime video?

Please switch the sound setting to STEREO output when you use streaming. (in your app such as Netflix or TV setting)

Why is there no sound? Why does the sound occasionally sound terrible?
