No, Ford plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs) and the Ford Focus Electric Model Year (MY) 2012-2016 are not equipped with Direct Current (DC) Fast Charging.

Can l use this adapter at any Tesla Supercharger?

No. This adapter is compatible with upgraded Tesla Superchargers only, such as V3 and V4 Tesla superchargers. Doesn't work with Destination Chargers. Just add your vehicle details to the Tesla app or use Tesla's interactive map to confirm.
