Does this machine need to be replaced tubes before switching blower to vacuum?

No, just switch the function knob. It is suggested to install the wheel to the innermost slot (toward the body of the machine) when vacuum. Conversely, glide it over to the outermost slot (toward the nozzle) when blowing.

Click TURBO button, it can be up to the strongest speed (mode 4) lasting 10 seconds and then re-sets itself to the previous mode to save power.

Can I use it to suck the wet leaves?
