  2. Why doesn't machine work, only 1 cup and 2 cup buttons are flashing?


    Overheat Protection Mode: If the 1 CUP/2 CUP indicators flash rapidly at the same time after pressing the button and brewing is not possible, the machine has activated its overheat protection.

    How to Fix It: Turn the side knob to the WATER position and let hot water run for 20 seconds. Then, switch the knob back to OFF. Once the boiler cools down, you can resume brewing.

    PLEASE do not brew coffee immediately after frothing milk.

  3. Why is the machine beeping and the 1 CUP/2 CUP/STEAM indicators flashing?


    If the machine keeps beeping and the 1 CUP/2 CUP/STEAM indicators are flashing while the buttons are unresponsive, it likely means the side knob is set to the STEAM position.

    How to Fix It: Simply turn the knob back to the OFF position. The beeping will stop, and the machine will return to normal operation.

  4. Why is the machine running but no coffee or water is coming out?


    If the machine appears to be operating, but no water or coffee is dispensed, it indicates that the pump is unable to draw water from the tank.

    How to Fix It: Remove and re-install the water tank 2-3 times to ensure it's properly seated. Turn on the machine and set the steam knob to the WATER position. Allow hot water to flow for 20 seconds, then return the steam knob to the OFF position.

  5. How to set the volume of the 1 cup and 2 cup according to your needs?


    1. Press and hold the 1/2 CUP button for 3 seconds. Then hear a beep. Press the 1/2 CUP button again. The coffee will start to dispense.

    2. When the desired amount is reached, press the 1/2 CUP button. You are done with the volume setting for a 1/2 cup.

    Reset the default volumes: Simultaneously press and hold the 1 CUP and 2 CUP buttons for 3 seconds to restore to default dispensing amounts.

  • After removing the orange rubber ring, install the water tank and fill it with water. Let the machine preheat until all button lights stay on. Turn the steam knob to release hot water for 10 seconds. Turn the knob to OFF.

  • 1.Use cold whole milk. 2.Please don't insert the steam wand deep into the milk. Keep the steam wand just below the milk's surface for best frothing. 3.Please position the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the milk.

  • No, our machine isn't suitable for espresso pods. Please use freshly ground coffee with it.

  • If your coffee doesn’t taste hot enough, it may be caused by not running a pre-heating cycle before brewing. Please try pre-heating the brew head, tubes, portafilter, and your mug by brewing a double espresso without adding any ground coffee.

  • 1. Increase the coffee dose. Use 8g for a single shot and 14g for a double shot; 2. Use a finer ground coffee; 3. Tamp the ground coffee with more pressure; 4. Use fresh ground coffee for espresso.
